All "Ready to Ship" items will be shipped within 2 business days
All "(hand)Made to Order" items will be shipped within 13-17 business days

**IMPORTANT: (hand)Made to Order items are processed on a "first come, first serve" basis.  Production times are subject to increase based on queue length and will be communicated accordingly. Please factor in this prolonged turnaround time when placing your order.

 (hand)Made TO ORDER:

The greatest benefit of purchasing a custom garment is being able to wear an item that fits your body in the most flattering way. When requesting (hand)Made to Order items, it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements.

In the event that our Fit Guide and Measuring Guide are unable to address your questions, please don't hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order. We are happy to help!

In some situations, items can be altered in limited ways. Any concerns must be communicated within 2 days of delivery and will be addressed on a case by case basis.

Due to their custom nature, (hand)Made to Order items are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.

VINTAGE ITEMS:

Vintage items vary in their condition and are sold "as-is," so please look at the photos and read  descriptions carefully.
Additionally, the longest part of the listing process is the research that goes into identifying age, style, vendor, condition and fair market price.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Unless otherwise noted, all items that are produced by Timely Attire Company are made with pre-shrunk, machine washable cotton. 

As each item is made by hand, it is recommended to hand wash and line dry items.

If being cute is already making you late enough, machine washing with cold water on a delicate/gentle cycle can be done instead of hand washing.

CUSTOMS:

When ordering, please be aware that any locally imposed duties and customs charges that you may incur are not reflected in our prices. Additionally, we are required to declare items as "merchandise" with their appropriate value.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

International orders may not have complete tracking available through the USPS. Depending on your location, USPS may only reflect the last major post office that your parcel was scanned through prior to customs. On occasion, parcels can be held up at customs for a varying amount of time. At this time, U.S. Customs and Border Protection are unable to track or provide updates on parcels once in customs.

In the event that your parcel is delayed, please follow up with your local postal authority first, to ensure that any outstanding payments for customs, duties and taxes are resolved.

Despite occasional delays, the majority of parcels do eventually arrive at their destination.

RETURNS:

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us. We are happy to discuss, as you may be eligible for an exchange, online credit or refund.

 All requests must be communicated within 7 days of delivery. Any requests made outside of this window will not be honored.

When submitting a request, please be sure to include:
*Invoice Number
*Item(s) that you wish to return
*Reason
    All returned items must be:
    *in their original condition
    *free of marks, odors or wear
    (Note: vintage items are sold in "as-is" condition)

    Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
    Returns are processed within 2 business days of return delivery.

    EXCHANGES:

     Too big? Too small? Just not your style?
    Please let us know when submitting your request so that we can set it aside for you while we await your return!

    REFUNDS:

    Not interested in an exchange?
    Just let us know when submitting your request!

    Refund eligibility with be communicated via email after receipt and review of the returned item.

    Refunds(minus shipping costs) will be processed through your original method of payment.
    **IMPORTANT: Items purchased using a coupon code discount are eligible for exchange or online store credit only.

    Online store credits can be issued, if you're already planning your next purchase! Make sure to let us know when submitting your request and we will send over a coupon code(these don't expire!) once your return is processed.
