Sears Teledyne Post German Drafting Set with Case | Vintage
A great gift for any architectural or engineering student, or collector of vintage tools.
This vintage drafting set contains various compasses and friction dividers along with drafting pencil and lead.
Drafting tools themselves appear to be produced by Teledyne Post to be sold in Sears department stores, as one of the items is clearly marked Teledyne Post.
I have had some difficulty nailing down the exact date of this kit as Teledyne Post came into existence after Teledyne purchased the Frederick Post brand name in 1970. However, wooden case states that it was "Made in Germany" which would have not been re-unified until 1989. It is possible that some of the items marked Teledyne Post were added as replacements at a later date.
White Oak Case measures approximately 12" X 6" x 1"
Contains 14 pieces.
